My brother was once a counselor for a wilderness trail for troubled teens. It was just a summer job for him but he came away from it with a great love for the youth. He also lost a bit of weight, too. He said that on the trail they were only allowed to bring a couple varieties of food: jerky and lentils. He said the lentils were great for providing energy, and it also kept the hunger away for quite a while. But there was one not so pleasant side effect: gas. This aromatic music was most prominent in those who were not used to eating lentils. The more they ate them, however, the less often they involuntarily "tooted their own horns." Their bodies were able to adapt to the once foreign food and took from it the energy, protein and fiber needed for life on the trail.
Thus, I am Lentil.
